an Easter hunt - The Tropical Garden Cafe is the place to have it!
Fully equipped to cater for children - with indoor and outdoor play facilities for younger children and fascinating animals for young and older children alike,
we can make your event unforgettable!
We have two fantastic options for Heritage parties, you can either hire the Cafe privately on a Sunday afternoon from 4:30pm to
6pm with the animal encounters starting at 4:30 for 45 minutes and then food in the cafe on your return from the animal encounter for a minimum of 15 children. Please be aware that the
party finishes precisely at 6pm and the premises are to be vacated at 6:10pm at the latest.
Or day time parties for a minimum of 6 or a maximum of 10 children for 1.5 hours at either 10:30am-12noon, 1pm-2:30pm or 3:30pm-5pm. The time will be filled with
a tour of Heritage, animal handling and food provided in the Cafe with your very own party table. The party is welcome to stay at Heritage once the party is over however you will not be allocated any
staff time and would be regular paying customers.
Our Animal Encounter parties feature some Amazing Animals as the centre of attention. Ranging from caimen and snakes to chinchillas and hamsters, the 30 - 40
minute encounter with hands on interaction is always a hit with the kids and parents!

Please note that any provisional bookings are only provisional until a non-refundable deposit is made and a completed booking form is received. Therefore a confirmed booking will take priority over provisional bookings so make sure you get it booked as soon as possible to ensure the best party for your child!
The calendar below shows booked parties & available dates.
We can have up to 3 parties a day, the times are as follows:
First party booking:.............10:30am - 12noon
Second party booking:.........1:00pm - 2:30pm
Third party booking:............3:30pm - 5:00pm
Sunday exclusive:................4:30pm - 6:00pm
Each bar on the calendar represents one booked party. Please ensure booking is made well in advance to avoid disappointment but don't hesitate to call us for late bookings.
